Our Promise to You: We promise to deliver our handcrafted luxury products to you in a safe and secure manner and to deal promptly with any issues that may arise concerning your order. We would note that, due to the handcrafted nature of our products, you will encounter some variation in colour, texture, weight, fragrance or wrapping between batches. However, we endeavour to maintain as much consistency as possible. Please read carefully: By placing an order with us, you are acknowledging your agreement to the following conditions:

Price: All prices are quoted in Euros (€) which is applicable to almost all EU states. Delivery is made at an additional cost - please our Postage & Packing Charges page regarding these costs (which are determined by the final weight of your order) to both Ireland the rest of the EU states. Soaperstar reserves the right to make price changes without prior notice - however, this will not occur for goods already ordered and awaiting delivery. Back to Top

Payment:

Via PayPal/Credit Card: Our preferred method of payment is via PayPal. Goods will not be dispatched until full payment is received by us. Payment of your order made via PayPal is completely secure - Soaperstar does not retain any payment information or card details. We are not responsible for any charges incurred by you from your Credit Card Company or bank in relation to the processing of any order made to Soaperstar. Please note that if, for any reason, your card payment is not authorized by your bank/credit card company, we will not be able to proceed with your order and it will be cancelled.
Via Cheque: Please note that, as of 1 January 2010, Soaperstar no longer accepts payment via cheque. Back to Top

Delivery of your Order: Soaperstar aims to turn around any orders within 48 hours of receipt of that order (business hours). However, this does not include Bank Holidays or weekends. Orders should be received by you no later than 7 days after postage (within Ireland). For the rest of the EU states, this delivery time may be slightly longer. Please do not hesitate to contact us at info@soaperstar.com and we will endeavour to determine the approximate delivery time for your country. It should be noted that we cannot accept any responsibility for delay caused by strike (postal strike) or any Acts of God. Please ensure that you give us a complete postal address - we cannot accept any responsibility for items that are undelivered due to the submission of an incomplete address. We can post to either domestic or business addresses; if you require your delivery to be signed for, please note that this may involve an additional cost and will require someone being available to sign for the goods. Cancellation of your Order: Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have a 7 day cooling off period during which you can cancel your order and receive a full refund. Please contact us at info@soaperstar.com if you wish to invoke this right.

However, as we endeavour to dispatch orders within 48 hours, your order may have already been sent prior to you cancelling your order (you will have received a dated confirmation email notifying you of this). If this is the case, please return your package, unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition and we will organize a refund of your order costs (less delivery costs) within 30 days.

Refunds will be made via the type of payment made (ie if you paid by cheque, refunds will be made by cheque). You can also cancel your order in writing (however, please note that this must be received by us within 7 days of you placing your order - please ensure that your postal system can accommodate this timeline) by writing to us. Please ensure you state your full name, address and order number on any correspondence with us so that we can quickly track your details. Back to Top

Refunds & Returns: If you wish to exchange your product, please contact us at info@soaperstar.com. We will ask you to return it in an unopened, unused and re-saleable condition within 7 days of receiving your items. Costs of returning packages must be met by the customer personally. If you are not satisfied with our product or your order does not reach you in perfect condition, please contact us at info@soaperstar.com as a matter of urgency. We will then arrange with you to either replace the goods or refund you the purchase price of the order (including any postal charges where the product is defective), whichever is your choice. We must insist all goods are returned unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition. You should request a proof of postage receipt from your Post Office. Back to Top

Your Privacy: Soaperstar does not sell or pass on any of our customer's information, ie name, address, email address etc to any other parties. We loathe spam ourselves and so will not send you endless emails about special offers or other information. However, we do reverse the right to contact you regarding your order and, on occasion, may email you about our products. If you do not wish to receive any promotional material (however rare) from us, please contact us at info@soaperstar.com and we will remove your details from our mailing list. Back to Top
