Postage & Packaging Charges:

Within the EU (including Ireland & the UK):

Postage per bar €2.00
For EU countries (excluding Ireland), we charge a handling chage of €1.00 per order - this takes into account increased postal charges from Ireland to the EU and is, unfortunately, unavoidable.

To the Rest of the World:

Postage per bar is €2.00 with an additional €5.00 handling charge per order

Please be aware that we will try to charge you postage as close as possible to the actual costs. However, where the difference between what you have been charged and actual postage is over €2.00 per order, we will refund you the difference back to your PayPal account.

Soaperstar reserves the right to contact you should your order require an additional shipping amount - we will inform you of this prior to shipping.

These charges apply to a maximum of 2kgs (packed weight) - additional charges apply over this amount and we will contact you regarding this prior to shipping.
