Soaperstar is a new small Irish soap company based in Dublin - we specialise in the design and handcrafted of luxury glycerine soaps, all made in our own home.

Hi! My name is Celine and I am the creative inspiration behind Soaperstar.  I started soapmaking due to a chance conversation with a friend which seemed to click some button in my head that said "that's a great idea!".  It also tapped into a creative streak in me that has been long since buried.. but now, very happily, rediscovered!

Having researched the various types of soapmaking available, I decided to experiment with glycerine soap - glycerine is a humectant which, in plain English, means that it draws moisture into your skin.  It is gentle in use, has a great lather and cleans whilst it softens.  It also lends itself to a huge level of creativity in design happily accepting the addition of oils and butters, skin hydrators and fragrance oils.

Through a lot of research, development and testing on my guinea pigs (all human of course; you can rest assured that nothing I produce is tested on animals at all, ever), I decided to launch a range of soaps that I believe are wonderful to use, look fantastic, smell incredible and leave your skin both hydrated and soft to the touch.  No more dry skin days for you!

Following on from the success of our fabulous Goatsmilk & Glycerine soaps, I have decided to introduce our new Sheer Luxury Body Butters - these are made from the highest quality butters and oils, are highly concentrated so a little goes a long way, and will leave your skin feeling soft, supple, sexy and gently fragranced! Check out our new Sheer Luxury Body Butters today.

I hope you'll enjoy using Soaperstar products as much as I've enjoyed designing and making them for you!
